customer...so I never had a chance to follow up after
[name deleted] bought. When notified of my Affiliate
Sale with another vendor, they also provided me the
email address of the buyer and I was able to make
contact with them...thanking them, etc. Was this an
oversight by [Internet Guru Business Name]?
"No you do not get the email that remains
private."
And that comment tells it like it is how so many "gurus"
reached the top... THEY have MY client's email address...NOT
me. THEY can up-sell, side-sell and sell through the
back-end. THEY just captured MY client and can promote THEIR
other products. I only got a "finders fee" for all my
marketing efforts and will never be able to contact this
potential client again. No hope of marketing other products
to them...including those offered by this long-time
InternetGuru!
Will I continue to market his stuff? I don't know. If I can
capture the potential client's email address...likely so. If
I'm willing to accept only a finders fee...maybe. Jury's
out. Watch my future issues of "CyberSpaceMarketeer!" If you
see a guru missing...you will know my decision.
